Chief Executive Officer | Co-founder
A graduate of Illinois State University, Dave has always loved working in small teams because of the large impact every member has, and how every member is reflected in the output. After working as an iOs engineer for Deck5, he continued on to Vodori and Mobile Makers academy until forming the Windy City Lab with Kevin. Dave and Kevin soon assembled the Glance team where they are loving every twist and turn along the way.
“Glance is truly a reflection of this incredible team.”
President & Chief Technical Officer | Co-founder
An industry veteran of everything from software engineering to winery startup development, Kevin studied at the Illinois Institute of Technology. Along with Dave, he co-founded the Windy City Lab and the duo quickly moved to make Glance a reality.
“I only work with the best.”
Chief Design Officer & VP of Sales | Co-founder
A UI Instructor and Mentor at Designation, Michael studied at the Columbia College of Chicago before being hired by Deck 5 where he first met Dave and Kevin. The three of them co-founded Glance together after getting Windy City Lab off the ground, and the rest is history.
“I couldn’t have picked a better place or group of people to work with.”
Sr. Software Engineer | Co-founder
A graduate of the University of Dayton, Vik first met Kevin and Dave at the Mobile Makers Academy programming boot camp where he acted as an Instructor. After working as the Lead Mobile Developer for the ridesharing app Scoop, he was given the opportunity to join Glance and jumped at the chance.
"When I was introduced to Glance, it was a no-brainer, and a privilege, to join such a capable and motivated team."
The advisory board consists of nothing but rock stars in their respective fields. From running one of the largest start-up incubators in the U.S., founding Chicago’s first innovation center focused on physical product development and manufacturing, driving business for Apple, to years of interior design experience, and mentoring future entrepreneurs.
